I’m on my 6 weeks but Friday morning I had very light brown spotting but due to first time being pregnant i was so worried and so I have to go to the Emergency. When they ran an ultrasound on me in the emergency room, they could scarcely detect my baby on my left side. So, they checked my right side all the way down to my abdomen, and that's where they found it-it had ninety heartbeats. They even examined internal, finding no signs of blood. However, I experienced light spotting once more the following morning at home. This time, it stopped, but I noticed it again in the evening. We went to my OBGYN the following Monday and discussed everything there. After doing a transvaginal and ultrasound, my OBGYN told us the baby had passed away and that she could not find a heartbeat. We went to other OB and both findings is different. My first OB who said my baby is dead at 6 weeks. Other OB said the reason can’t detect the heartbeat because it’s only 5 weeks and 2 days. The physician we saw today reviewed all of my ER and OBGYN results. Today, the physician performed an additional blood test that measures HCG levels more precisely. As my spouse and I understand it, a blood test is more accurate than an ultrasound in the early stages of pregnancy. HCG levels should have decreased if the baby had actually died, but increased instead. The fetus and SAC are both fully visible on the ultrasound. Actually, nothing bleeding at all. I should bleed like I'm having my monthly period if I also miscarry. The heartbeat is extremely difficult to track on the ultrasound since it may be too little or early. It's possible that I had twins survived while the other did not as the doctor told us. the Doctor advised me don’t take yet the prescription that my OBGYN prescribed me. I’ll come back again on Friday for another blood test again to see the HCG levels. Hoping my HCG levels will increase double and miracle heartbeats will appear 🙏 🙏 🙏

I'm so sorry everyone for your losses. I am 7 weeks and 5 days and just had the two week wait after only seeing the gestational sac and turns out today we are having a miscarriage. I've cried and then felt numb and didn't know what to do. I came home to sleep for two hours and woke up to hard cramping. Pray everyone is able to conceive again and have their beautiful and healthy baby. Internet hug to all ❤

Im going through this right now. I found out on the 1st august i was pregnant with faint line on my positive test. The 2nd august i had the same on a clear blue. But after my morning wee i wouldnt get positives. I had cramping from the day i found out until 4 days ago and the gush of blood after the toilet with clots started on the 3rd august at night. A and e said i was 5 weeks so i had to wait until the monday to do a test and ring gp if positive because they couldnt do anything to check and I sounded like i was having miscarriage symptoms. I had a positive test that day and rang my gp which referred me to gnae unit to have a pregnancy test done there and a pelvic exam. The pregnancy test was negative but this was after my morning wee which for me was the case the whole time but he said likely miscarriage. The pain and bleeding wasnt horrendous though so im really not sure but they havent referred me for an ultrasound so thinking if going private to be sure

I'm 9weeks today, the first time i had discharge it's brownish then 2days after it's change to light pink i go to the clinic and ob tells me it's a threatening miscarriage. And Told me to have trans v for the second time. Told me to get bed rest and drink plenty of water maybe i have a UTI so she suggested me to have laboratory test in my urine, blood and all so we can figure it out. I'm hoping that it's going to be okay it's my 2nd pregnancy and my first one is normal i always pray to god❤ next week I'll go back to clinic

I started bleeding Saturday and had first ultrasound today, Monday. Thwy said no heartbeat and I am 8w3d. Still light bleeding. Doctor says pregnancy not possible anymore. When should I expect this to happen? Trying to stay calm. 😢

I had a miscarriage just 10 days ago at 11 weeks. Seriously the pain was unbearable and it's my first pregnancy. Still recovering and hoping for a successful pregnancy next time.

This is sooo helpful! I had a hematoma with my first daughter but didn't even bleed. Now i had a confirmed pregnancy test 3 days ago and this morning i found brown blood, then it turned pink a while ago. I then just started cramping mildly. It hasnt turned a deep red yet so I am praying it is all okay 😢

Simethicone (Gas X) is a good thing to keep on hand as well, it dissolves the gas into smaller bubbles so they aren't pushing on things and causing pain.

I bed shared with my baby and I’m glad there are people making “how to” videos. I was surprised as a new mom how instinctive everything was when I bed-shared, and I will definitely do it again with my next baby. One thing I will do differently next time is I will start to move them into a crib at around 6-7 months before the “stranger danger” phase kicks in. It’s been so hard to crib train my baby now that she’s 15 months because I put it off too long!
